Experience requires that the one willing to experience it be also prone to openness to the unknown and the unusual. We must take risks, because it is passional and, therefore, feelings and emotions that we do not always master are triggered by it. Enabling experiences is increasingly difficult nowadays, since it requires silence, stopping, looking at oneself so that something happens in the one who lives it. We are almost always rushed and out of time to the daily experiences that are offered to us. Faced with this, we intend to discuss in this article the possibilities of making the experience an educational practice that can be adopted by educators from different areas and at different levels of education. For that, we described a reading and theoretical discussion activity about some texts that compose the corpus of the discipline taught by the researcher professor Jorge Larrosa Bondia, from Universitat de Barcelona, with students of the course of Social Pedagogy in the same university. From the practice proposed by Larrosa we tried to discuss concepts about reading and experience as possibilities for the student reader to be touched and moved through the text and, thus, actually build knowledge, to be formed or / and transformed, being, then, the agent of the educative practice.
