Abstract

The II National Symposium of ABCiber hosted more than 130 lectures, distributed in almost 50 thematic panels (scientific and digital art), formed from the answers of the scientific community to the institutional Call for papers. In addition to the four special plenary sessions, 25 lectures were given by members of the Board of Directors and the Scientific Deliberative Council of the Association, and held at ten tables during the first three days. The reader has in hand, in this issue of Famecos, a representative set of arguments put to public debate in these tables. The articles - later submitted to the editorial evaluation of praxis and which, therefore, justify their textual richness per se - express the state of the art of a significant set of researches in development in Brazilian Postgraduate Programs in different areas of the Applied Human and Social Sciences, especially Communication.
