The Journal Famecos believes that any theoretical debate, if caught at a high level, seeking the consistent, even if controversial, argumentation contributes to the scientific advance. This is the basis of our section "Epistemology". To begin with an article that questions the very existence of a specific epistemology of our field of research, even the reflections on Joseph Beuys, an artist who did not see the frontier between art and society, we try to update our reader on new ways of searching and categorizing the knowledge. Also present in this section are new insights into science sponsored by Nazism.
