The following topics should be highlighted: the pedagogical challenges of teaching practice, collective work, the time the research was carried out and the continued formation. The research was eveloped through case-study of quantitative nature in two public elementary schools. We made observations of teachers’s time-and-space sharing, interviewed the teachers and analyzed documents. The results revealed that school`s everyday activities proved to offer favorable contexts allowing for promoting continued formation of teachers, teachers’s mastering of contents so as to better understand and interpret their own practice. The results also suggested greater investment in the actions of teachers’s continued formation in time-and-space sharing at school so that teachers`s alternative proposals affect their practice.
