A fricção da mediação. Para uma crítica das relações-mundo tecnologicamente mediadas

Embora estudos contemporâneos e a filosofia da tecnologia tenham esclarecido a tecnicidade constitutiva do humano, muitas vezes deixam de lado questões relacionadas à formação social moderna e à alienação. Por outro lado, diagnósticos teórico-críticos da modernidade tendem a tratar a tecnologia principalmente como razão instrumental. Este ensaio explora programaticamente a tensão entre a abordagem relacional que a pós-fenomenologia adota em relação à mediação tecnológica e a crítica da modernidade de Hartmut Rosa. Introduzindo o conceito de fricção como descontinuidade constitutiva nas relações-mundo tecnicamente mediadas, o ensaio argumenta que a dinâmica escalonante da modernidade reduz fricções a obstáculos a serem superados. Destacando a fricção da mediação, o ensaio esboça uma crítica das relações-mundo tecnologicamente mediadas orientada à reabilitação do potencial vinculante e transformador da fricção.
