Este artigo contém um estudo comparativo entre os processos e programas de Relações Públicas e micropolítica, aprofundando a teoria da gestão da função organizacional política para explicar a atividade de Relações Públicas. Disserta sobre o designativo política e relação de poder. Reduz a angular da macropolítica para a micropolítica. Integra os conceitos de micropolítica existentes nas áreas da educação e da ciência política. Explana que a organização é, por excelência, um âmbito político. Realiza o estudo comparativo demonstrando a coincidência entre os processos e programas de micropolítica e Relações Públicas. Por fim, enfoca a comunicação como instrumento do exercício de poder, sendo este a essência e a comunicação, a aparência.Descargas
