This article addresses the problem of the complexity challenge. I begin with the idea that all information has only one meaning in relation to a situation, to a context. If, for example, I say "I love you", this word may be the expression of a sincere lover and must be taken in that sense; but it may also be the trick of a seducer and at that time it will be a lie.
