Defining Public Relations to its full extent, historically, has achieved countless failures. The communities of teachers and professionals of this activity, till now, have no consensus to its meaning. This factor, added to the misuse of the term by laypeople in the subject and by prejudiced critics, has hampered teaching and professional practice, dissemination and institutionalization of the same in society.Downloads
