Professores e maus-tratos – uma revisão teórica sobre reconhecimento, denúncia e capacitação

Resumo

O presente trabalho resgata teoricamente o fenômeno nos maus-tratos na infância, contemplando principalmente a dificuldade ainda presente dos professores no reconhecimento de sintomas específicos e no encaminhamento adequado desses casos. Buscou-se compreender os principais conceitos de maus-tratos e de suas subdivisões (abuso sexual, abuso emocional, abuso físico e negligência), bem como as dificuldades que profissionais da educação encontram no manejo desses casos no dia a dia. Além disso, procurou-se verificar, a partir de uma revisão assistemática da literatura, programas de capacitação preventiva visando ao desenvolvimento profissional de professores e, por fim, enfatizar importantes aspectos que devem ser considerados nesse tipo de capacitação.

Julia Donat, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul

É aluna de iniciação científica do grupo Cognição, Emoção e Comportamento, orientado pelo prof. Dr. Christian Haag Kristensen, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PRPPG-PUCRS). É também colaboradora do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Trauma e Estresse (NEPTE) da PUCRS.

Tayse Conter De Moura, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul

Acadêmica do 7º semestre de Psicologia da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Atualmente trabalha como Auxiliar de Pesquisa no Grupo Neuropsicologia Clínico Experimental do Pós Graduação da Faculdade de Psicologia da PUCRS, coordenado pela Prof. Dra. Rochele Paz e realiza estágio ampliado no Núcleo de Estudo e Pesquisa sobre Trauma e Estresse na PUCRS, coordenado pelo Prof. Dr. Christian Kristensen. Também possui experiências anteriores em Psicologia do Trabalho e Organizacional. Interesse em Neuropsicologia, Avaliação Psicológica, Psicoterapia Cognitivo-comportamental, Teoria do Esquema e Terapia Comportamental Dialética.

Janaína de Castro Nuñez Carvalho, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2005). Mestrado em Psicologia- área de concentração em Cognição Humana- pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul- PUCRS (2010). Atualmente realiza Doutorado na área de Cognição Humana, no Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Trauma e Estresse (NEPTE) na PUCRS . Atua principalmente nas áreas das Psicoterapias Cognitivo-Comportamentais, na Neuropsicologia (Avaliação e Reabilitação Neuropsicológica) e na Psicometria.

Christian Haag Kristensen, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1992), Mestrado em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1996) e Doutorado em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2005), com estágio no exterior na University of Arizona (USA). É Especialista em Neuropsicologia (CRP/07) e possui formação em Terapia Cognitiva pelo Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research (USA). Atualmente é Professor Titular no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Coordenador do Grupo de Pesquisa Cognição, Emoção e Comportamento e Coordenador Adjunto do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Trauma e Estresse (NEPTE-PUCRS). Ênfase de investigação: Transtorno de Estresse Pós-Traumático, Psicoterapia Cognitivo-Comportamental e Neuropsicologia.
