This article focuses on the study of the constitutive and organic ele-ments of the digital genre vlog, of two videos posted on the YouTube platform, from the Dialogic Discourse Analysis (DDA) perspective. The question that gui-des this investigation is to what extent the analyzed videos are characterized as texts-statements of the delimited genre. Our general objective is to analyze the theoretical assumptions of ADD, under the constitutive and organic elements of the discourse genre vlog, in order to answer the initial question. The theoretical ground is based on the studies of Bakhtin (2011), Volochínov (2017), Sobral and Giacomelli (2016; 2018), Ataliba (2017), Costa-Hübes (2014, 2017), Kraemer (2014), among others. The article stems from a theoretical-practical research, with a qualitative-interpretative approach to data and explanatory purposes, gathering information from indirect documentation, bibliographic (theoretical construction) and documentary (corpus analysis). As a result, we observed that the study object really has constitutive and organic elements of texts-utterances of the digital genre vlog, since both videos are digital productions, are on the web platform, have themes according to the demand of its followers, have an archetypal com-positional form and a style that is typical of the genre.
