Education curriculum on human rights: the senses in clashes/joints

The article aims to analyze the different meanings that underlie the discussion of the appropriation of human rights issues in education, questioning the policy-making curriculum for Human Rights Education. Problematize the polysemy of the Human Rights Education and the supposed universality that marks human rights. From there on we argue that this occurs as the difference in articulation and enunciation as cultural and buoyed by this sense, we argue that the educational setting of human rights is to be given from this negotiation and or articulation.Downloads
