Ontologia deflacionária e ética objetiva: Em busca dos pressupostos ontológicos da teoria do reconhecimento

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to contribute to the project of reactualization of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law inaugurated by Axel Honneth, albeit rather indirectly: my interest here is not to investigate specific topics of the Philosophy of Law, not even the theory of recognition itself as proposed by Honneth, but to begin to spell out the ontological presuppositions carried by such a reactualization project.
