This article analyzes the situation of peasant women and their efforts towards a just distribution of land. It starts by affirming the fact that there is exclusion and exploitation of the feminine labor force within the structure of small colonies. It also shows the way capitalism helps diffuse agribusiness and large estate owners and the role women play to reach land reform and a change in the social relationships based on gender. Finally, it examines the feminine resistance through an organized movement of peasant women.Downloads
