This paper aims to address some theological aspects of biblical animation in the life and pastoral action of the Church, highlighting its relevance in the context of the ecclesial renewal promoted by the Second Vatican Council. Based on the Dogmatic Constitution Dei Verbum and the exhortations of the recent Magisterium, this reflection seeks to highlight that biblical animation is not restricted to a specific pastoral effort, but constitutes a transversal aspect that inspires and energizes all of the Church's evangelizing action. Based on the centrality of the Word of God, understood as the living presence of Christ who challenges, forms, and transforms the Christian community, biblical animation is presented as an integrating axis of spirituality, formation, and the ecclesial mission. Theologically, the Word of God manifests a Trinitarian dimension: the Father who communicates his love, the Son who is the incarnate Word, and the Holy Spirit who illuminates and updates the understanding of Sacred Scripture. This dynamic leads the Church to rediscover itself as a community of listeners and witnesses of the Word, called to nourish its entire life and pastoral action through prayerful and communal listening to the Sacred Scriptures. Biblical animation reveals itself not only as a pastoral method, but as a theological path of conversion, communion, and proclamation, capable of renewing the Church's evangelizing mission in the contemporary world.
