Aspectos canônicos da instrução <i>"Redemptionis Sacramentum"</i>
Abstract
O artigo versa sobre a Instrução Redemptionis Sacramentum, da Congregação para o Culto Divino e a Disciplina dos Sacramentos, na perspectiva do Código de Direito Canônico da Igreja Latina. Após algumas pontualizações, em que se destaca a necessidade de ler a Instrução em consonância com a Encíclica Ecclesia de Eucharistia, segue discorrendo sobre o direito dos fiéis em ter uma liturgia verdadeira, a observância das normas litúrgicas como sinal de eclesialidade, as diversas competências, no que diz respeito à liturgia, para finalizar com os abusos em matéria litúrgica e as instâncias que devem obrigar a observância das normas litúrgicas.
Abstract
This article deals with the Instruction Redemptionis Sacramentum of the Congregation for Divine Cult and Discipline of the Sacraments, in the view of the Canonical Right of the Latin Church. The author says that it is necessary to read the Instruction harmonising it with the Encyclical Letter Ecclesia de Eucharistia. He also emphasizes the exact observance of the liturgical norms, in order to elevate the faithful’s feelings, the competence of Rome and bishops, in order to avoid abuses in religious ceremonies and cult.
