Algoritmos y técnicas para visualizar datos de audiencia en la transmisión de ficción televisiva en streaming

Este artículo considera el futuro de la investigación de audiencias en la era del streaming, cuestionando las dinámicas y potencialidades del paradigma big data frente al universo de contenidos generados por usuarios en plataformas digitales. Partiendo de esta premisa, se analiza el potencial de algoritmos y de las nuevas técnicas de visualización para la transmisión de datos de audiencia de ficción televisiva a la luz de una brecha crítica entre los datos de audiencia y la audiencia misma.
