The transformations of the world of work, as well as the fall of paradigms, have so affected Brazilian trade unionism that trade union leaders are still in a state of perplexity, unable to keep up with the changes workers experience. This crisis has been reflected in the communication policies that the trade union entities develop, especially when the trade union communication is understood as a dialectical process of transmission of culture, of different cultures.Downloads
