This article reflects on the presence of ICT (Communication and Information Technologies) in educational environments. The discussion that follows aims to identify some milestones of the debate on investment in technology and education as a precondition for economic development. Inspired by the ideas of Milton Santos, the text also highlights the need to consider the human dimension in the research and analysis of the use of technical objects.Downloads
