Television is the modern version of the public square in which society was in Ancient Greece. The luminous screen of the TV represents the Agora. But it is not a simple substitution. The colors, shapes, images, words, sounds and silences, through television, help build the social imaginary. TV is now the public space where life happens. And through this lens of observation, one will try to evaluate the political influence of television in contemporary Brazil.Downloads
