Amway and charismatic capitalism: a totalitarian model?

This article aims to investigate how Amway Corporation operates in the world thru its system of network marketing, mainly regarding its recruiting modalities and motivational policies. Its argued that Amway operates similarly to a charismatic enterprise resembling totalitarian, political or religious, organizations.Downloads
