Abstract

With a privileged position, the Faculdade dos Meios de Comunicação Social (Famecos) has been characterized by maintaining a prominent place since its emergence. The teaching of the theories and practices adopted in the communication market has always been the legacy of the course to its students. To record its 42 years of activity, it is going to be presented a brief historic about the school, as well as informations about a research and its results regarding the social communicator in training at FAMECOS.
