In this interview, conducted via Skype, the portuguese researcher João Canavilhas talks about the evolution of the main features of webjournalism: hypertextuality, multimediality and interactivity, and says that the latter develops more slowly. In addition, raises questions about the concept of Tumbled Pyramid and believes that the reader in front of the oversupply of content needs that journalists and algorithms offer a selection of information. Also proposes a business model for the struggling journalistic system, based on purchase of news by informational unit and with the cooperation of Internet service providers and technology companies, who profit indirectly by the news.
