: The increasing participation of children in digital cultures demands special attention on how the dynamics of consumer culture impact and affect the experience of being a child today. This article aims to discuss the engagement strategies, mobilized by the brand Danoninho on Instagram, from the perspective of children's digital rights. In methodological terms, it focuses on the family marketing case study of @DanoninhoBrasil profile on Instagram, which encourages the engagement of parents and children, through the construction of bonds based on values and social and environmental causes. The study recognizes the complexity of the case and highlights possible contributions to the right to culture, leisure and play, alerting however, to violations of children's privacy and their right to information.
