Abstract

Through a series of empirical data, he intends to show that the Internet is centralized, that obstacles to the horizontal exchange of information are being accepted by individuals, that they do not tend to update the diversity of viewpoints that the Internet contains and that it is Less and less imagined as a place by the predominance of instrumental use.
