This article anchors itself in the connections between personal/professional trajectories and formative processes in the teaching, starting from memories and (res)significations, considering the complexity in the teaching. Therefore, this research is embedded in the trajectories and processes of the teacher, potentially inter/transdisciplinary, in different levels of education (Basic Education and Higher Education), in which he/she teaches/learns throughout life. The basic concepts of the problem are: How do the personal/professional trajectories and the formative processes in the teaching, lived and narrated by an educator, in search of their memories and (res)significations? The general objective was directed to the comprehension of the trajectories and the formative processes in the teaching, delimiting the subject of the research and establishing the criterion of choice of the character and the space-time clipping – an educator in the municipality of Santa Maria/RS throughout his career – and reaffirms the qualitative approach through (auto)biographical narratives. The memories and (res)teacher meanings allow these complex movements to be apprehended in autobiographical processes. These conceptual dimensions are being elucidated and expanded in (auto)biographical research through narratives and other sources of information and iconography. The interpretative model, scenic comprehension in complexity is proposed from Santa Marinas and Marinas (1994), Marinas (2007, 2014), Abrahão (2014) and Morin (2012 a, 2012 b). The character’s autobiography contains facts and arguments that support the postulated research. We conclude that the character of the (auto)biographical narrative experiences the complexity of the trajectories and formative processes in the teaching, demarcated by the inter/transdisciplinary experience, which was confirmed in the complex scenic comprehension of the contexts of its memories and (res)significations.
