The educational function of ethics in Aristotle

Abstract

The article examines the hypothesis that the Aristotelian ethics depends on the education of the individual and the citizen. Although Aristotle does not explain the relationship between ethics and education, after analysis of his texts it is possible to say that the Aristotelian ethics has an educational function, that is, man becomes virtuous through education.
