Abstract

The comprehension of a scientific discipline, in this case of the History of the Education, needs the knowledge not only of the accumulated corpus but also of the intellectual history of the same one, that is to say of the institutions, subjects and ideas that have intervened in his discussion, circulation and receipt. Our intention has been denaturalize certain habitually present starting points in the states of the art of the recent researches on history of the Argentine education, across the reconstruction of some central lines of the development of the discipline from his origin up to the present, in several different records, ideologically, institutionally and politically-. Particularly interesting it is to state the existence of methodological continuities or of valuations in conjunctures and in groups of research distanced in the time or different as for the factors that legitimized them, though not in his practices of thought and of writing, being this effect of heredities and causalities, and not of the simple coincidence.
