Computerized solutions for solving concrete everyday problems are structured through deductive algorithms. However, even before designing algorithms, there is an abductive step guided by the goal to be achieved, which is usually neglected. Following Rauen’s (2014) Goal Conciliation Theory, I intend in this study to describe and explain the process of formulation, execution and checking of ante-factual abductive hypotheses in developing a computerized solution.Downloads
