Abstract

Based on three texts by Thomas Mann (a short story, a novella and a novel), the author tries, narratively, to express the tensions which are in the work of this German writer, establishing a dialogue with his contemporary interlocutor Theodor Adorno. The objective is to light the relationships that are established here between literature and philosophy.
