After World War II, the Argentina developed large endeavors in the area of energy and the construction of pipelines. To meet this demand, a traditional company, SIAM Di Tella, addressed the production of seamless pipes in 1948. However, the new company would not be very successful during the years of Peronism, as a result of the shortcomings that were presented at the machine for the manufacture of large diameter pipes, which forced them to diversify their production.Downloads
