The question of workers’ feeding in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro between 1930 and 1945

Abstract

In this article we try to analize lhe working class nutrition, this have a great influence on the conformation of the worker's every day life. We analize this question in a comparative perspective, taking two cases, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. In both cases, a priori, the differences are expressive, but this question allowes us to think on relative diferences.
