Inteligências Múltiplas: desenvolvendo potencialidades em classe hospitalar

Este artigo refere-se ao Projeto de Pesquisa “Inteligências Múltiplas: De-senvolvendo Potencialidades em Classe Hospitalar” iniciado no ano de 2003 no setor de Hemato-Oncologia do Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria–RS (HUSM). As atividades desempenhadas objetivaram descobrir e desenvolver o potencial dos alunos, utilizando como base teórica o espectro de capacidades propostas por Howard Gardner em sua Teoria das Inteligências Múltiplas. Os resultados obtidos ao final de 10 meses de trabalho apontaram progressos nas esferas física, social, afetiva, pessoal e cognitiva das crianças submetidas ao tratamento do câncer.Descritores – Classe Hospitalar; educação especial; inteligências múltiplas; câncer infan-til.
ABSTRACT – This article is refered to the research project “Multiple intelligences: developing potencialities in hospital class” started in the year 2003 at the sector of He-mato-Oncology of the Universitarian Hospital of Santa Maria-RS (HUSM). The activities executed had the objective of uncover and develop the potencial of the pupils, using as theoretical basis the spectre of competences proposed by Howard Gardner in his Theory of Multiple Intelligences. The results acquired the end of 10 months of work pointed growth at the fisical, social, affective, personal and cognitive spheres of the children submited to the cancer treatment.
