Catch me if you can: cinema as an object in the pedagogical scene

Throughout the twentieth century, pedagogy has deployed different operations to include film within its territory. In this paper we develop three ways of approaching cinema from current pedagogy, pointing out the possibilities and limits that critical thinking has to do this. We pedagogues must not talk so much about cinema or writing about it, trying to dissect, analyze or demythify it, but thinking about how it can be included in our territory without reducing it to the imperatives that pertain to other logics or other registers.Downloads
