Tracks of readings: a study in the archive of books of the Museu da Escola Catarinense (decades of 20 to 60 of the century XX)

This study it intends to analyze the reading presence in books that they compose the quantity, already catalogued, of the Museu da Escola Catarinense, in Florianópolis (SC). The work it has for objective know the quantity and evidencing tracks of practical readers characterized for the object-relic who had been kept in its interior; for the notations made in its edges and for the dedications left in its pages, uses that the way of books and its readers signal for a cultural history of the education. To know more on pertaining to school books opens possibilities for future research on the pertaining to school material culture in interface with the cultural history of the reading that allows to point subjects and meanings that can contribute for the knowledge of one determined fraction of the society escolarizada at the moment where the State made of the reading one to know pertaining to school and gave to the School the responsibility to form readers and readers.Downloads
