International political relations: how to understand them?

The objective in this article is to discuss the theories of international affairs. For such focus, it revises the foundations theories: idealism-liberalism and realism, explaining them and its fundaments and presenting its based policy theory roots, of which the thinkers always use to realize its practical results in the diplomacy and international policy. Talk about idealism-liberalism and realism in the international policy has several consequences that a simple presentation of its discipline origins. It means goes deep in the concepts that constitutes the field language and about which all international affairs thinkers analyses.
