Abstract

The Marista Pio XII School in Surubim-PE stands out for its implementation of educational policies based on equity, aiming to provide equal opportunities to all its students. In a context of profound social and economic inequalities, the institution adopts measures to level the access to learning and development. Inclusive pedagogical practices cater to the individual needs of students, offering academic, psychological, and social support. This approach not only transforms the lives of the students but also positively impacts their families and communities, creating a virtuous cycle of development and social progress.
