Acerca de las fake news
Un ejercicio en epistemología del testimonio

El artículo busca proporcionar un marco conceptual útil para pensar sobre las fake news en los intercambios de testigos en entornos informativos complejos. Pretende mostrar que, en un entorno social fuertemente marcado por interacciones sociales difusas, en el que las fake news emergen o pueden potencialmente surgir, se modifican los requisitos epistémicos para obtener racionalidad y conocimiento, ya sea concebido de manera internista o externista. Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura con el fin de sintetizar los resultados obtenidos sobre el tema en cuestión. Para cumplir con su alcance, el artículo explora el fenómeno y la noción de fake news y examina el impacto de los elementos que surgen de los nuevos entornos informativos en la epistemología del testimonio. Concluye presentando un examen de las lecciones generales que el marco conceptual esbozado trae a la luz de la epistemología del testimonio en particular.
