Abstract

The Discussion II of Al-Ghazali’s Incoherence of the Philosophers deals with the theme of the eternity a parte post of the world, that is, about its infinite existence in the future. The topic is a sequel to Discussion I, which deals with the pre-eternity of the world. In this Discussion, al Ghazali’s aim is to show that the philosophers’ arguments in favor of the post-eternity of the world are not demonstrative.
