Abstract

The question addressed to us, to me and the other contributors to this issue of Veritas/Les Temps Modernes, is not mine at any rate. But I know it sparks interest. And I imagine that, despite my own preventions, it has to do with me, as well. What I am about to write are thus the words of an agnostic. I do not believe in “French-philosophy” in any way whatsoever.
