A relação Cristo-Espírito, fundamento da Nova Aliança, e o ministério paulino na Segunda Coríntios

A Segunda Carta aos Coríntios expressa um momento de alta tensão entre Paulo e os coríntios a respeito da credibilidade do seu ministério. O conflito nasce da influência externa de grupos judaizantes. O apóstolo se utiliza desse contexto particular para aprofundar e explicitar a supremacia soteriológica do evento Cristo diante da provisoriedade da Lei Mosaica. Com genialidade retórica e consistência teológica, esforça-se para neutralizar os efeitos provocados pelos seus opositores e busca atrair a comunidade de volta à órbita de seu ministério e, por conseguinte, ao fundamento de seu Evangelho: a centralidade do evento Cristo; experiência capaz de gerar novos homens e novas mulheres reconciliados(as) na graça do Espírito. Neste artigo, apresentam-se alguns aspectos cristológicos, pneumatológicos e escatológicos que fundamentam o ministério e suas implicações eclesiológicas na perspectiva da Nova Aliança.
