Abstract

Scientia Medica, the scientific journal of the PUCRS School of Medicine, is pleased to present this special supplement, which brings together the scientific papers presented at the 2025 Brazilian Congress of Pediatric Pulmonology. The publication of this supplement reflects the journal’s commitment to promoting and disseminating high quality medical research, reinforcing its mission to contribute to scientific advancement across various fields of medicine. Pediatric pulmonology, a field of recognized relevance to public health and daily clinical practice, is currently undergoing significant transformations and innovations. Documenting and disseminating the studies developed in this specialty are essential for the continuous improvement of healthcare for children.
