Female newborn with a gestational age of 40 weeks and 1 day, with erythematous-violaceous lesions on the left flank, left lower limb and left inguinal region found after birth. The patient underwent evaluations with specialist doctors and imaging tests to investigate the possibility of internal malformations, in addition to diagnostic elucidation of the pathology in question. Congenital Telangiectatic Cutis Marmorata is a rare vascular-cutaneous pathology that can affect children from birth. Diagnosis occurs through observation of the characteristics of the skin lesion and there is still no specific treatment for the pathology.
