Epilepsy and art: relation, interaction or consequence <b>[Abstract in English]</b>
Abstract
Objective: This article aims to revise studies involving epilepsy and art, showing the suffering, joy, creations and adversities of these artists with epilepsy.Methods: A revision of bibliography (Medline and Lilacs) was done , selecting aspects on epilepsy and art.
Conclusions: This article is about the life and works of great names in art who had their lives marked by epilepsy and it’s social, psychological and physical manifestations.
