The user’s satisfaction of the Family Health Program: evaluation on health care <b>[Abstract in English]</b>
Abstract
Objective: The present study has as objective to evaluate the users’ satisfaction according to the health care provided Family Health Program’s multiprofessinal team (PSF) of Teixeiras-MG.Material and methods: It is an observacional study of traverse cut, of quanti-qualitative approach, which collection of data was made by a semi-structured interview.
Results: The relative variables to the education, kindness, good will, listening ability and capacity to understand the patient’s reasons presented a percentage one above 75% what could have influenced positively on the perception of resolutividade of the service. When comparing the services of health after the implantation of PSF, 82,5% of the users told that there was improvement.
Conclusion: A high degree of users’ of PSF satisfaction was observed, showing that the experience, in the municipal district in study, well succeeded can be considered.
