The organizational culture: The visible impact of an invisible dimension
Keywords:
Culture, organization, construct, organizational culture.Abstract
In everyday life, often without noticing, the people are influenced by cultural characteristics of the environment in which they live. Culture is taken across the whole of socially transmitted behavior patterns, arts, faiths and many other cases considered the expression of a particular period, class, community or population (Choudhry, Fang and Mohamed, 2007). In the organizational level we find a set of values, norms and behavior patterns that influence the various members. This range of values varies with the organization, corresponding to Organizational Culture. This theoretical article provides a simple analysis about the construct, in order to increase discussion and possible future studies.Downloads
