Abstract

This article intends to show that Rosa Luxemburg was wrong in her criticism of Marx’s reproduction schemes in the Capital. At Marx’s work, Capital, he demonstrated that the economic reproduction of capitalist society was a process entirely ndogenous, leaded exclusively by the capitalist class and working class. According to him, the capitalist society produced and reproduced its proper basis without needing a third social class external to the system. Rosa Luxemburg considered this Marx’s conception an abstract conception and separated from the real economy. According to her, capitalist accumulation is impossible without a third class external to system. This third class will act as buyer and consumer of the plus-value destined to the accumulation. This article will show that this conception has its source in the misunderstanding of Rosa Luxemburg about the dialectical method of exposition used by Marx in the Capital.
