The book written by Basarab Nicolescu, "The Manifesto of Transdisciplinarity", completes 10 years of existence and continues to be a work of reference with regard to the harms caused by the fragmentation of knowledge and the tragedies generated by "technoscience". Reflecting on the need for urgent epistemological and societal changes in today's world, considering that "tomorrow may be too late," the author of this timely manifesto initially assesses the significance of two important revolutions that occurred in the twentieth century: the quantum revolution and the revolution computing.
