Abstract

 

The light of theories of civil procedure, the objective in this analysis is the judged thing and its real effects on collective actions, where differs from individual effects. In which, some decisions about the collective actions are injuriously the part while his individual right. This relationship between judged thing in the context the collective should be analyzed the basis of interests transindividual.
