This text provides data about social representations of Child Protection Counselors. In 2006, 226 counselors answered to a questionnaire and 11 were interviewed; in 2010, another 10 other were interviewed. The results show and discusses discrepancies between the proposals of the Statute of Children and Adolescents and the representations of the directors in charge, especially when regarding the family as responsible for the rights of children and adolescents.Downloads
