This work presents a study proposal of the novel Os ambulantes de Deus (1976), of HermiloBorba Filho, and it emphasizes the concepts of iniciatic travel and of individuation, observable in the narrative. From the theories of Mircea Eliade, Marcel Brion and Arnold Van Gennep, it was discussed the character initiatic of the travel undertaken by the characters and, from the postulates of Jung, the individualistic process experencied by them was presented, mainly by the character Dulce Mil-Homens, from the remembrance and the repreparation of the facts survived up to the moment of the departure.Downloads
